Sabrina Kruse

Sabrina has 15 years’ experience in Learning and Development and HR roles, 10 of which spent in the London Insurance Market. She joined SCOR in 2013 and is responsible for the HR function for the Group’s operations in UK, Ireland, Sweden, South Africa and Kenya.
Prior to managing HR Teams, Sabrina spent many years developing Learning and Development and Talent Management programmes. Her passion is to work in true collaboration with the business to achieve high performance and to enable cultural change. One of the challenges at SCOR is that the organisation strives on the highest level of technical expertise and academics, resulting in a culture where managerial competencies are under-developed.
Sabrina is also passionate about Multicultural and Diversity Management and wants to help her organisation understand how to overcome potential challenges and barriers and embrace opportunities and benefits of a global and diverse workforce.
