Dr Neslyn Watson-Druée CBE

Author, high performance executive coach and business psychologist has been honoured three times by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth 11

Her passion is to empower executives to master their leadership skills and leave a legacy for others will follow. Dr Neslyn has a track record of supporting executives to transform from the ordinary to the extraordinary, from the impossible to the possible as a matter of fact, the title of one of her published books is The Beacon Technique: Leadership from Impossible to Possible.

She developed a mentoring programme for BBC network radio and trained the executives in the BBC to be effective mentors. In addition, she developed a career development programme for London Enterprise Agency and received a National Training Award from the Government Office for London. She has a very successful background in 27+ years on various boards including 10 years as a Chairman for a National Health Service Commissioning Organisation in the UK with a budget of £500M

She is highly rated as professional speaker, executive coach and leadership development consultant. She speaks on Global Leadership including diversity, inclusion and creating a culture of change; Living with Purpose and Passion including reinventing yourself; Improving Employee Potential and Leaving a Legacy.

Dr Neslyn received Life-Time Achievement Award 2021 Zenith Global Health. She received the honour of Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (MBE) for Nursing Leadership, Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (CBE) for Health Service Innovation and Leadership, Her Majesty’s Queen Elizabeth 11 Medal for Health Service Innovation and Leadership. She is the recipient of the Millennium Nurse Award for outstanding contribution to nursing leadership. Dr Neslyn received the award of Millennium Nurse – Special Recognition Award by Secretary of State for Health for outstanding contribution to nursing in the UK and the Windrush Award for Nursing Innovation.

She holds fellowships of the Royal Collage of Nursing (UK) and City and Guilds London Institute. She is Doctor of the University of Birmingham City University and Bradford University.
