Phil works with all levels of management helping them develop new skills to improve organisational sustainability.

He enhances skills by specifically designing workshops, seminars and learning events for organisations to help management understand how their decisions affect overall performance. These have been delivered in 25 countries across Europe and the Middle East, with clients in at least 150 organisations. He also assists healthcare professionals and has worked with over eleven pharmaceutical companies to develop business and communications skills. Phil can combine this with coaching and leadership skills, while remembering that professionals in many organisations must develop their communication skills to match their responsibilities.

Phil’s qualifications include a MBA from Cranfield University, and a Master Practitioner in NLP. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, Fellow of the Royal Society for Arts and Fellow of the Professional Speaking Association. He is also a Member of the London Institute of Banking and Finance.

In addition to his work experience Phil is Chair of Coventry & Warwickshire Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, helping the committee run a range of events to assist CIPD members in their career development. He is also Chair of Stratford Musical Theatre Company, combining a love for musical theatre with the everyday practicalities of engaging members to produce high quality shows and concerts.
