Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Specialist, Coach and Culture Change Speaker

Yvonne is an experienced facilitator, coach and HR professional with over 30yrs in the field and has worked across the public, private and voluntary sectors; as well as internationally. Within her career, which started in 1986 Yvonne held a variety of roles, where she was responsible for maintaining standards in relation to service delivery to a diverse range of customers, clients and stakeholders.
Yvonne did missionary work for a number of years; collaborating and working with particularly, young people; enabling and empowering them to realise their potential as well as exposing them to a diverse range of opportunities to assist their understanding of both social and particular racial justice. Yvonne continues to work as a facilitator, coach and consultant with the core theme
threading through her approach of people development, supporting others to realise their potential and positive cultural transformation that promotes inclusion and belonging within organisations.
